Why I created the Self Growth Club

There was a time in my life when everything felt heavy. I was navigating constant stress, and being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia only made things harder. Even the thought of getting dressed and going out to socialise felt overwhelming.

But what I truly needed in that season wasn’t isolation—it was connection. Gentle, supportive, low-effort connection. The kind that doesn’t drain you, but quietly lifts you.

I remember thinking how much of a difference it would’ve made to have a space where I could show up exactly as I was—tired, in my pyjamas, on the sofa—and still feel part of something. A space where I could connect, reflect, and grow, without pressure.

That’s why I created this online social club.

It’s more than just socialising—it’s a space for self-growth, honest conversations, and meaningful connection. A place to explore new ideas, build self-awareness, and feel supported, no matter your energy levels.
