How one to one coaching works

  • Sessions:
    40-minute one-on-one sessions held online via video or phone call.

  • Frequency:
    Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions so we can build momentum and real change.

  • Between-session support:
    Light check-ins or prompts (by email or messaging) to help you integrate what we discuss, so you’re not doing this alone between calls.

  • Tools we use:
    Mindfulness practices, reflective questions, practical exercises, and simple planning so you leave each session with clarity and a small next step.

You don’t need to come with a perfect plan. You just show up as you are, and we start from there.
