My Story

Why I created 7 Days to Calm & Focus

Years ago I was diagnosed with stress, ADHD, fibromyalgia and CFS/ME. During this time in my life, I struggled with focus, fatigue, overwhelm, brain fog and lots of other things.

During that time, what I needed was a way to calm my mind, rest and the tools to help me become more focused to manage day to day life.

I am sharing with you a great daily reset that you can use to feel calmer and more focused in just 7 days.
